Yvonne Rickhoff geht an Deck, um nachzuschauen. Wenig später kommt sie zurück, es sei alles in Ordnung. Erneut konzentrieren sich die drei Frauen auf ihr Vorhaben. Plötzlich gibt Cantonas merkwürdige Laute von sich. Hat sie Kontakt zum Jenseits aufgenommen? Am nächsten Morgen entdeckt die Crew der „Albatros II“ ein führerloses Motorboot mit der Leiche von Daniel Nolte. Alles deutet zunächst auf einen Unfall hin, doch einige Spuren legen die Vermutung nahe, dass es sich um ein Verbrechen handeln könnte. Schnell stoßen die Ermittler auf Monika Rickhoff als Noltes Arbeitgeberin. Sie ist die Inhaberin einer Fischstäbchenfabrik und der Küstenwache bereits bekannt. Denn erst zwei Monate zuvor war ihr Lebenspartner Thorsten Seidel bei einem Bootsausflug über Bord gegangen und wird seither vermisst. Wie die Ermittlungen ergeben, hat Monika Rickhoff mithilfe des Mediums Kiara Cantonas versucht, Kontakt zu ihrem verunglückten Lebensgefährten aufzunehmen. Daniel Nolte fürchtete offenbar den Einfluss Cantonas auf seine Chefin. Tatsächlich stellt sich bald heraus, dass Yvonne schon länger an der Übernahme der Firma ihrer Mutter interessiert ist, jedoch bislang wenig Chancen gegen den erfolgreichen Nolte hatte. Könnte es sein, dass Yvonne das Medium nutzt, um ihre Mutter in ihrem Sinne zu beeinflussen? Und hat sie im Streit darüber Nolte umgebracht? |
